The evolution of the new J/36 lies in its newly designed deck. The cockpit features fingertip twin-wheel steering, same-level walk-thru transom boarding, and comfortable cockpit seating. The same refined ergonomics that make the J/36 ideal for cruising also improve crew efficiency for racing. All essential sail controls lead to the cockpit and, as with all J's, the helmsperson can also trim the mainsail for easy solo sailing.
