Last Friday the 24th of March, Ensign Yachts were proud to sponsor and compete in the Renewable Energy Cup Regatta held out of the Middle Harbour Yacht Club. The event is all about bringing people together for a fun day on the water in support of a worthy cause, The Australian Marine Conservation Society. Last year the event raised $50,000 for the cause.
The Ensign Yachts team had 3 boats represented in the event, with the Tofinou 9.7 placing 4th overall out of 41 boats! Congratulations to the regatta winner Rumba. The day brought great sailing conditions, with hardly any rain as was predicted.
